Although an important matter does this whole saga tie in with the proposed new junction of maryborough hill and moneygourney road where the same builder has already created a roundabout at this junction and it is this writers belief that the council and the builder are at logger heads over integrating this into the current road system also. It's a lovely housing estate, well kept and not over developed but in all fairness between the bus stop and the junction surely this is farcicle? You might like to read my latest posts re anti social behavour. I am sorry that you feel agrieved over various incidences. I would recommend you contact te Environment Section of your Council who will advise re noise at night. It is my understanding that there is a curfew after 7.30 p.m for such activities but it is largely left to people's good manners. Also you could enquire if the Garda Division in your area will hold public meeting to discuss such issues as outlined on my blog.
