There are different categories of applications as follows
Estates which have been recommended for tic but are at the Area Committee state awaiting formal approval.
Estates where an Inspection has been carried out, defects have been identified and a snag list sent to the Developer.
Estates which would be at least 12 years sold and, in most instances, the Developer would no longer be operating. These would be in our Unfinished Estates category
Estates for which recommendations are awaited
Estates that have been recommended but as constructed drawing/details are awated from the Developer.
