You might like to read my latest posts re anti social behavour. I am sorry that you feel agrieved over various incidences. I would recommend you contact te Environment Section of your Council who will advise re noise at night. It is my understanding that there is a curfew after 7.30 p.m for such activities but it is largely left to people's good manners. Also you could enquire if the Garda Division in your area will hold public meeting to discuss such issues as outlined on my blog.
